Havs Towel 2

In fact, if pop culture?s most reliable handbook for space travel, ?The Hitchhiker?s Guide to the Galaxy? is anything to go by when it referred to the towel as ?the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can have?, it?s the best Christmas present you could possibly give this season. And while only a few will be given the chance to go on an intergalactic journey, this doesn?t mean it still won?t be a welcome addition to anyone?s holiday gear.

This is why you should check out the latest addition to Havaianas? arsenal of travel essentials: the Havaianas Leisure Towels that mirror the versatility and convenience of the world-famous favorite flip-flops brand.

Snap up the special edition, travel must-have for yourself or give them away as gifts and get creative. The jazzy towels are made of plush and absorbent terrycloth that makes it the ideal seaside companion as you stretch across the scorching sand; or share the comfort of 100% cotton as you leisurely enjoy a sunny picnic. Plus, at 3.28feet x 4.92feet, it?s something big enough to stretch out on, but easy enough to tote around and zip up in your carry-all with ease.

Get a chance to win one of this cute and colorful special edition towel!

I always carry a clean towel from home when I travel and put it over my “pillow” for the night so I am sure that my face won’t have allergies or pimples when I wake up. You never know if they wash the pillowcovers properly or what’s materials are inside the pillow especially if you’re looking for the cheapest place just to sleep after a whole day of adventure. =)

towels are must-haves when traveling especially with a little kid. you can use it as a pillow, a blanket, baby sling (if extra large), play mat, picnic mat, a seat and an improvised toy/costume/props to relieve kids of their boredom. :)

  10. Joana Gonzales says:

Use it as props. I’ll take a picture of myself lying sideways on a beach towel, in a swim suit, wearing shades and holding a glass of cold iced tea. upload picture to the computer and you can state any name of beach resort you want. for added effect, include a beach ball, a big umbrella that looks like a beach umbrella and/or have a nice bag beside you packed with sunblock lotion, beach shorts and other things you would bring if you are going to a beach resort. ;)

  14. Bev Lim says:

Towels are normally used to dry our skin and wrap our bodies after baths or a swim but it may also be used to warm us during cold temperatures. There’s no limit in the use of a towel, all we need is creativity ♥

  15. towels are my everyday emergency bestfriend. it’s a wet-absorbing material – you can use it as an emergency diaper for your kids or napkin for those unguarded moments. ;) towels give me warmth in the coldness of the night or gives me protection from ultraviolet rays of the sun. towels give me the comfort that i need every time i need a pillow, blanket or mat to hug and touch with. towels are also a good camouflage material for hiding anything in your body or hiding from those you don’t like to see or if you don’t want to be recognized by people. i also use if i don’t have a bra or underwear or just to cover my extra fats. last but certainly the most important one is that towels are your first and foremost BIG tears-and-goo-absorber every time you have those down and out moments of your life. you see towels are a part of my life. i can’t imagine my life without them. i love my towels! :)

Got any idea in proposing marriage to someone you love?

    Banners are worn out….
Roses are too expensive to be written into words so as the balloons….

We can always use alternatives for making your proposal a unique one. Use something which you already have, something that you can borrow from your friends, neighbor and anyone, use TOWELS in forming the words “WILL YOU MARRY ME?”….a very affrodable and accessbile way to make your proposal creative and full of effort..

Summer is coming…you can use colorful and bright towels just like the havaianas towel. This gimmick is a sure hit especially when you will ask your girl on the peak of summer while you’re on the beach…
    uhmmm..many people…yet many will appreciate your effort..^_^

for me towels can be used in a practical way as a cover when raining or sun striking your face. and can also be used creatively as a towel wrap differently in your head.

    fold the towel lengthwise

fold the endings as if its an earmuff. and voila!

  19. Eliza Dela Cruz says:

I could wax poetic about the virtues of towels but it won’t do it a bit of justice. Suffice it to say that going without a towel is like going without a skin. Nothing to protect us with against the wet, the heat and anything in between. Not only are towels practical, it can even be fashionable by wearing it in a variety of styles and colors. So forget about pricey wraps and sarongs and go instead for the more practical and yet infinitely useful — towels.

  20. Coco Sugar says:

I have used a towel as an art painting canvas using acrylic paint.

  47. rotch says:

i sometimes use midsized colorful towels as extra-special gift wrappers for difficult-to-wrap presents, using furoshiki techniques i learned as an exchange student in japan. just take your oddly-shaped gift, tie a towel around it with the appropriate set of steps, and there you go!

in a pinch, you can also do the same fold-and-tie tricks to a spare towel to fashion it into a make-shift carrying bag or market basket — perfect for those times you have to lug around some extra pasalubong you got from your most recent trip!
