This weekend Makati will once again paint the town red as it holds its annual Caracol Festival 2009! The parade highlights High School and College students dressed in nature-inspired costumes.
The parade will start at 3PM from Makati Avenue corner Ayala avenue. and the finale performance will be staged at the Ayala corner Paseo de Roxas, in front of the monument of Ninoy Aquino.
