One of my favorite dining places in Bacolod is L’Sea located along Lacson Street. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dimsum, noodles and a whole lot more.
This Chinese restaurnt in Bacolod is frequented by many families because of its delectable meals at prices that won’t scratch your pocket.
