2009 Manila International Auto Show with Russ Swift!

Yesterday I went to the Manila World Trade Center after I got invited to the opening day of the 2009 Manila International Auto Show. Considered as the Philippine’s biggest motoring event, the Manila International Auto Show is set to surpass itself in its 5th installment and milestone year set to be held from April 2-5.
With the theme “Passion for Performance”, the the 2009 MIAS is set to provide a preview of the latest vehicles in almost every automobile segment, with several significant debut breaking cover.
Yesterday’s event was also as great tie for me to see the legendary Russ Swift doing his neck-breaking moves. The Guinness World Record holder of the fastest donut spin, tightest J Turn, and speediest parallel parking (at 2 seconds flat), Russ Swift is considered as the driving hero of enthusiasts and motoring professionals alike.
For the third time, Russ Swift is back in Manila behind the wheel of the all-new Subaro Imreza sedan and WRX STL.
Entrance fee to the Auto Show is PHP50. An additional fee of PHP100 is required if you want to watch the Russ Swift Precision Driving exhibition.
