SEAIR invites you to e-mail your best photos of any of the following: barkada, party, Boracay, sexy, beach & get a chance to win four tickets to Tiesto “One” on April 25 at Embassy Superclub.

1. Entries must be sent via email addressed to contest@flyseair.com

2. Format should be in jpeg at least 1024×768 in size or bigger (you may send it through yousendit.com, mediafire.com, etc.)

3. Entries must be submitted on or before 6PM Friday 24 April 2009.

4. The winner will be notified by cellphone (voice or SMS) on or before 10AM on Saturday 25 April 2009.

5. Winning tickets should be picked up from SEAIR’s ticketing office at Rm. 206 Lao’ Center, Arnaiz Ave. Makati City

6. Participants grant SEAIR all rights to use/re-use all entries in any media for any purpose in perpetuity.

7. The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the participants. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights and/or rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.

Photographs that that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud; provided entrants are prepared to provide a “release form.” When photographing the work of others, it must be as an object in its environment, and not a full-frame close-up of another person’s art. All entries must not, and should not, have been entered into any other photo contest.

Criteria for Judging
a. Relevance to theme (25%) – entries should show photo of people, places and actions (or events) that capture any party, beach, barkada, boracay, sexy theme.

b. Composition/Impact (25%) – shall refer to the overall bearing and effect of subject matter and for this contest, must offer a striking image (or images) of what makes SEAIR the best lifestyle airlines (without alteration) other than standard optimization such as removal of dust, cropping, adjustment ot its color and contrast.

c. Technical excellence (25%) – refers to clarity and/or quality of the photo (i.e., to be graded by the judges in terms of sharpness of color and texture, proper exposure and sharpness of images with in picture, etc.).

d. Creativity (25%) – based on the uniqueness and/or originality of the entry and its artistic merit or value as assessed in relation to the theme. The subject/s of the photography may seem to be ordinary and yet due to the selective focusing, isolation and using rule of third, it may become extra ordinary.
