I am currently raffling off 2 tickets for SM Science Discovery Center in Mall of Asia. If I am not mistaken regular entrance fee to the Center is PHP400.
To join the contest, simply answer the Question:
“If you are a heavenly body, what would you be?”
Post you answer in the comments section. Only one e-mail address per entry. Duplicate email addresses will be removed. The contest is open to everyone, provided, the winner must provide a Metro Manila address for the delivery of the tickets. One winner will be picked via random.org raffle. Contest closes July 15, 2009. Winner will be announced a day after the closing date. Ticket is transferable but NOT convertible to cash.
Today the City of Tacloban is all set for the Sangyaw Festival 2009. This is the second time the festival has been staged since its revival last year.
Sangyaw is actually a fiesta celebrated during the 70′s during the time when Imelda Romualdez Marcos was still the First Lady of the Philippines. In fact, it was her who initiated to have this event. It was also the Romualdez’s who revived the Sangyaw last year.

The province of Cebu will be celebrating her founding anniversary again and just like last year, Cebu will be holding the Pasigarbo sa Sugbo Festival 2009.

Last weekend, I was invited to the launch of the newest flick to hit the town: the Ice Worlds . The movie wasn’t shown in movie theaters but in uber cool planetarium inside the SM Science Discovery Center at the Mall of Asia.

Last night Blogie Robillo of Ang Dabawenyo texted me this year’s Kadayawan sa Davao 2009 Festival dates. The schedule is not yet final subject to the approval of Davao City Mayor.

Get ready! The merry month of October is fast approaching! And before you knew it, dancers garbed in their most colorful costumes and smiling masks are already in the streets for the annual Masskara Festival 2009!

The run for home slated July 19 Sunday at 5am is a project of Globe Ayala Land and Habitat for Humanity.
The city run offers 3, 5, 10, and 21-kilometer run that will make use of the new Bonifacio Global city to Makati Central Business District route.
One of the must-see sights in Dipolog City is the Holy Rosary Cathedral. The church was built in 1896 but has been renovated during the 70′s.
