helllo Jonery,
the list you provided is the list of contingents from sinulog 2007. the site is not updated.

Mr Dee thank you for your immediate response.
i got that link from the sinulog 2010 site.
ohhh!!tsk.tsk! bad news to hear!a grand slam winner of festivals – pintados-sinulog and aliwan wont be able to defend their crown for just a lame reason – lack of funding…

I am not a native of Cebu and attended the actives at the sports stadium and enjoyed watching the different groups perform. Just before the fire works there were two very good female singers that performed. Everyone around me said were the most popular singers in Cebu. But I have not been able to find anyone outside of the stadium who ever heard of them. Could you tell me a little more about them and where I might get a CD with some of their work. I understood the names to be Ms. Lucy, who performed first and Ms. Carlos, who was a bit older and performed second.
tommy the singers were Dulce and Pilita COrrales
you can find their CDs in all record bars
