24th Negros Trade Fair opened September 11 at the Rockwell Tent!

The country’s longest running provincial trade fair in the Philippines is once again set to offer the best Negrense Products in Metro Manila. For six days, residents of Metro Manila will get to experience the Sweet Life in Negros. From its delectable foods, world-class jewelries, export-quality furnitures and a whole lot more.
The trade fair will open on September 11, 2009 at the Rockwell Tent, Powerplant Mall, Makati City. The event closes on September 16, 2009.
On September 12, A contingent from last year’s Electric Masskara will be performin on the site as Bacolod City launches the 30th Masskara Festival 2009

Sept. 11, 2009 Launch of Trade Fair On-line
The country’s longest running provincial trade fair moves to a new dimension. The best of Negros Island products will become available for purchase worldwide through the information highway.

Sept. 12, 2009 A contingent of Electric MassKara dancers, two Electric MassKara floats, countdown to MassKara launch and fireworks will bring sizzle to the Negros Trade Fair
Grand Negrense Reunion – Negrenses of all generations will converge in Rockwell for the reunion-of-all-times, and make the Negros Trade Fair their centerpoint. A series of activities will bring the best of the Negrense spirit and foster happy memories to last a lifetime.
Sept. 13, 2009 Sunday Mass
Negros Adventure – Amazing Race type activity inside and outside fair grounds. Teams from various cities, municipalities and districts of Negros will compete against each other in a simplified cycling, rappelling, golf, kayaking, boxing, trekking, and eating marathon.
Kasimanwa Party – A true Negrense party …with all the food and fun and flavors of the province.
Sept. 14, 2009 Bantay Bata Negros Book Launch
Tentatively scheduled for a book on low cost country fare from the kitchens of Negros Occidental will be launched by Bantay Bata Negros.
