Iloilo Dinagyang 2010 Schedule!

Iloilo is now getting back into the groove as it prepares for the city’s biggest fiesta: The Iloilo Dinagyang Festival 2010! Expect hundreds of locals both men and women, troop to the city streets with their bodies painted in dark brown and dance to the frenetic drum beats as they chant “Viva Señor Sto. Niño!”.
Every fourth Sunday of January, the City of Iloilo celebrates the Dinagyang Festival in honor of the Sto. Niño. While Kalibo Celebrates the Ati-atihan and Cebu’s Sinulog every 3rd week, Iloilo’s version of the celebration is held on the fourth week.
Every year, thousands of tourists flock to Iloilo to witness Dinagyang which has also been declared as the Best Tourism event in the Philippines by the Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines (ATOP).

hi every1? dis is jay from cebu. we r going to iloilo dis dinagyang 2010 to watch the competition with my cousins. we wanted to know how to watch at d freedom grandstand? do we have to buy tickets? and if so? where do we buy d tickets? please give us answers? ur answers will be highly appreciated. this is our first time to go there and witness it. so we really have no idea what to do.

PROVEN na sa Buong Pilipinas na ang Dinagyang Festival ng Iloilo is the Best Festival in the Whole Philippines… Kaya uwian na sa Dinagyang Festival….Hindi ito kagaya ng iba na puro lang promotion wala namang quality.. ito ang tunay may kalidad at kong baga sa pagkain SABURUSO or in short may Quality at maypanuurin ka talaga WOOOW ,madadala ka sa tugtug ,sayaw, at mga uniqueness ng performances nila totoong WORLD CLASS… Tara na sa DINAGYANG 2010.

kahit ano pa ang sabihin ng lahat obvious talaga na napakaganda ng Quality ng dinagyang festival ng Iloilo ang SKILLS,UNIQUENESS,STYLE PERFORMANCE,COSTUMES,and INNOVATIONS ,CHOREO is EXCELLENT. mapa WOW ka talaga na wala kang masabi. basta iwan para sakin DINAGYANG is the BEST FESTIVAL OF THE PHILIPPINES ,mapa indak o mapasayaw ka ,maypanoorin ka talaga at hinding hindi nakakasawa tama talaga ang ATOP or Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines.
