First of all, I wanted to greet everyone a happy happy new year! It’s 2010 and we should always start the year with a bang! Aside from being the first month of the year, January is also special to me as it is also my birth month. Hurray!
So this January, I will be giving away, not one, not two but FIVE Photo books! The photo book in a way, summarizes the happy trips I did for 2009. The 20-page full color book contains more than 50 photos I myself took.

The 2009 Western Visayas Tourism Assembly was recently held in Roxas City. The seafood Capital of the Philippines jointly hosted the event together with the Provincial Government of Capiz.

Another contest closing tomorrow night is the guessing game where I am giving away PHP1000 GC from Texas Roadhouse Grill. The mechanics is simple. Just guess the 40th province I will be visiting early 2010. As of this writing, I have been to 39 out of 80 provinces in the Philippines. This will also close a minute before midnight tomorrow.

Since time immemorial, the town of Kalibo has always been known for its Ati-atihan Festival. And during these festivities, a lot of the activities are held in Kalibo Cathedral.
