Last December 3, I flew from Manila to the Ati-atihan town of Kalibo. Immediately after lunch, I went out and explore the Bakhawan Mangrove Eco Park in Brgy. New Buswang Kalibo.

I have heard of Patapat Viaduct several times before, but just like the Cape Bojeador in Burgos Ilocos Norte, I have also not been to this place before.

When we went to Ilocos Norte last November, the Cape Bojeador Lighthouse in Bangui was not included in our itinerary. So even before we left Manila for Ilocandia, I asked Audrey that we’ll go to the Burgos Lighthouse during our free time. She agreed.
