Revisiting Betis Church: The Sistine Chapel of the Philippines

Betis Church has always been one of my favorite churches. The paintings on its ceiling is worth the visit. The masterpiece ceiling was intricately painted that it gives a 3D effect when viewed.
The Betis Church in Guagua Pampanga has already been declared as a National Cultural Treasure. This is not the first time that I have been to this place. But everytime I am here, I am always amazed at ts beauty. Real beautiful. One can feel a prayerful silence simply by just looking at the church’s ceilings.
The Betis Church in Betis, Guagua Pampanga is a good sidetrip itinerary for the 15th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2010 in Clark field Pampanga Philippines.
Looks like the Sistine Chapel….
Beautiful church indeed! Will go and visit this one of these days.
