Capiz hosts the 2nd One Visayas 2010!

The Provincial Government of Capiz, Philippines is hosting the 2nd One Visayas Conference this March! This year’s theme is “One People, One Destiny”.

This is the second edition of the One Visayas Conference. Last year’s edition was held in the provicne of Cebu headed by the Governor Gwen Garcia.

One Visayas is a gathering of all tourism, arts, and heritage stakeholders from all over the Visayan region. In one event, this brings 24 provinces from 3 regions in a weekend full of cultural activities.

Iloilo City Dinagyang Festival (Western Visayas)

This year’s edition is slated March 11-14, 2010 in Roxas City the Capital of Capiz. Various activities have been lined up throughout the 4-day extravaganza. Among them are the food fests, Cooking demo, Workshops, Cultural Presentations, and Festival Streetdance.
