Here’s some more photos from the recently-concluded Paraw Regatta Festival 2010. A long time ago, the Paraw Regatta eventis only held for one day. Usually early Sunday morning of February. In recent years, the organizers have introduced new events to the delight of the crowd.

Paraw Regatta Festival in Iloilo city Philippines is purely a sea or beach-based event. But the new events has even made the festival much bigger. Among the other events during the paraw Regatta are the Miss Paraw Regatta beauty pageant, Deep Sea Fishing competition, nightly concerts, and Samba de Regatta streetdance competition.

Here are some of the photos from the evening performance and finale performances of Samba de Regatta and the Paraw Regatta Regatta sailing photos.

Samba de Regatta evening performance was held at the Freedom Grandstand, while the Finale Performance was done at the Villa beach, immediately after the Paraws have left.
