Have you watched the Alice in Wonderland in SM IMAX already?

Last night my sister and I went to SM Megamall to watch the premier night of the movie Alice in Wonderland in SM Cinema. Ging and I took an MRT ride from Taft Avenue to Ortigas. The trains are jumpacked since it was rush hour. But even before we got to watch this fantasy film, we already saw something strange. Ang weird nya! She’s wearing a Filipiniana Costume while inside the MRT? Is this a gimmick? or Was she was just a creation of my mind?

I first read about this story in Chuvaness’ blog. ( I am a big fan of her. I am subscribed to her RSS ). If I am not mistaken she first spotted her in Greenwich.

And it looks like she’s now roaming around the city. Kaloka! I found her inside the MRT station yesterday. She alighted at the Shaw Boulevard MRT station. Despite her scary look, nobody noticed her. I’m not sure if my sister and I were the only person to see her. Was she a ghost? Ewan. How about you, have you already seen this strange creature lady?

Anyways, upon arrival in Megamall, we headed straight to the French Baker to a quick dinner. Ging ordered lasagna and I got fettuccine carbonara. Aside from the pasta I also got Blueberry Dash pastry. It must be a bad day for French Baker as service was rally that good. We’ve dined at the French Baker in Megamall several times but last night the service was just below par.

After dinner we then headed to the SM Megamall Cinema 1 for the screening. A lot of people were in attendance. The movie screening started 30 minutes late, and before the movie started some Alice in Wonderland merchandise were raffled off to lucky patrons. As always, umuwi na naman akong luhaan! bokya sa prizes, but I personally enjoyed the movie so much.

I love Johnny Depp’s character as the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire Cat, so cute! If only I have time to watch it again, I would do so! Lovely lovely lovely movie! The kids would definitely love the tale of Alice and her adventure in Wonderland. Alice in Wonderland will be shown starting today in all SM Cinema and as well in in SM North EDSA IMAX theater.
