A weekend Beach escapade in Anvaya Cove

Last Friday and Saturday, we were invited to stay overnight in Anvaya Cove in Morong Bataan, Philippines to experience nature. Bataan has always been associated with the Bataan Death March which happened many years ago. But out trip allowed us to Rediscover Bataan as a new spot perfect for nature lovers.
Anvaya Cove is approximately 320 hectares, but in order to maintain the natural look and feel of the place, Ayala Land Premier mentioned that only 40% of each lot is devoted for house use, with only 6 to 13 lots per hectare.
There are lots in Avnaya that has breathtaking views of the mountainside, and there are also lots that has seaside views.
The property has rich plant resources characterized by abundance of indigenous species, diverse ecosystem and scenic landscape. A total of 32 species of birds, three species of reptiles, three species of mammals, and one amphibian was recorded in the area.
The Anvaya Beach and Nature club is a large space where the beach, pool and other facilites are located. In the Main Pavilion, the Bamboo Cafe, Sambali Lounge, Function rooms, Game room, Library, Convenience Shop,and Clinic can be found. There’s also the Lookout Tower and Tower can also be found on this area. The lookout tower gives a amazing bird’s eyes view of the pool and the Bamboo Cafe.
There are other facilities and amenities inside the Anvaya Beach and Nature Club, like the Pawikan Bar and Grille, Water Sports Pavilion, Infinity Pool, Lounge Pool, and Lap Pool. The Veda Spa is also located inside the Anvaya Beach and Nature Club.
A lot of families were at the beach club when were there. There are scheduled activities perfect for families every weekend. During out stay there, there were some people playing frisbee, and later in the evening (though we no longer got to experience it), Anvaya observed the Earth hour with various activities which was capped by the flying of sky lanterns.
