Early today, I went to Rockwell Tent to join the latest craze this summer: Make your Own Havaianas (MYOH) 2010! This is my second time to be in this uber cool event, and I must say, this year’s edition is much cooler!

During our recent trip to Cebu City Philippines, one of the newer places I got to discover is the Cathedral Museum of Cebu. The museum is located right beside the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral. I have been to the Cebu Cathedral several times, but it was my first time to actually visit the museum.

Cebu pacific has rolled out another promo face for China destinations for as low as PHP999 just in time for the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai China!
The airline that flies one out of every two domestic passengers, Cebu Pacific (CEB), gives every Juan a chance to go to Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou as low as P999. The seat sale period is from April 21-23, 2010, for travel from June 1-August 31, 2010.
Guests who wish to explore Hong Kong can go from Clark for the ‘Go Lite’ seat sale fare of P999, from Manila for P1,499, and from Cebu for P1,999. Shanghai and Guangzhou seats from Manila are also up for grabs for only P1,999.
The travel period for this seat sale allows passengers to visit the World Expo, which is held in Shanghai this year, from May 1 to October 31, 2010. The last World Expo was in Aichi, Japan in 2005. Dubbed the Olympic Games of economy, science and technology, the Expo this year has the theme of “Better City, Better Life.”
Meanwhile, Cebu-Clark flights and Davao-Cagayan flights are also available for the ‘Go Lite’ seat sale fare of P499. Passengers with check-in luggage will just add P100 upon booking.
“There will be an expected 70 million visitors and 200 participants in this year’s World Expo, and we encourage our guests to go there on CEB’s trademark low fares,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.
“Guests can call CEB reservation hotlines (02) 7020-888 or (032) 230-8888 or visit www.cebupacificair.com . Fun Tours and hotel packages are also available at funtours.cebupacificair.com,” she added.
CEB, the Philippines’ low fare pioneer, has an on-time performance of 91.8% for the 1st quarter of 2010. It is the only low cost carrier flying to the top three East Asian countries of China, Japan (Osaka), and South Korea (Seoul and Pusan).
During my recent adventure in Cebu City Philippines, I got the chance to explore the interiors of Casa Gorordo.Probably one of the important heritage houses in Cebu. The mansion is a showcase of how the Cebuanos lived during the turn of the century.
