Review: JanSport Driver8
Posted by on May 18, 2010
Jansport has been one of the trusted backpack brands in the Philippines. Tha’t is why, it is not surprising to see folks carrying Jansport whether in malls, or school, or in parks. In my case, one of my trusted backpack is the JanSport Driver8.
What I primarily like about the Driver8 model is that it can either be used as a backpack, or as a trolley bag.
In my recent trips that would only require overnight or 3D/2N stay, I would normally use this, since the compartment is large enough to fit several shirts, shorts, toiletries, my DSLR, and my laptop.
The wheels are so thick, it wont just give up easily. The handle’s length is is just right. I love the bag’s compartments. It’s just so big. It can also fit laptops of up to 15″. It also has a side pocket fit for water bottles. On its front compartment, there are also smaller pockets good for coin purse, slot for ballpens, and a strap for the keys.
And because it is from Jansport, you are always assured of quality workmanship. So far I have already used my JanSport Driver8 during my travels to: Iloilo, El Nido Palawan, Bacolod, Boracay, Cebu, Dumaguete, Pampanga, and Guimaras.
So far I have no problems with my Driver8. I would even recommend it to friends, who plans on getting trolley bags that can also be converted into backpacks.
Jansport is available in ll The Travel Club stores as well as in major department stores nationwide. Many thanks to Jansport Philippines/ Primer Group for the Driver8 backpack!
