How to commute going to Enchanted Kingdom

Posted by on May 25, 2010

Visiting Enchanted Kingdom is always a happy experience. But for those who doesn’t have the car, or those who do not wish to avail of the usual package tours, can be tricky. Going to Enchanted Kingdom via public transport is actually possible and I guess, much cheaper. Here’s how to do it:

From Metro Manila, proceed to Buendia corner Taft Avenue. there are several bus stations here that pass by the route. I know there the JAM Liner ans the BBL Bus lines in the area.

Ride on the bus marked BALIBAGO. Just to be sure, tell the driver to drop you at the Walter Mart. Fare is around PHP57.00.

These buses normally take the Skyway then would exit at the Sta. Rosa SLEX exit. Once you are at thr exit, inform the driver that you will alight at the Walter Mart.

From the Walter Mart, take a tricycle going directly to the theme park. there are a lot of tricycles waiting in line. Fare is not more than PHP40. Whether you are alone or with companion.

Going back to Manila is also not a difficult task. Take a tricycle ride from the EK gate and tell the driver to bring you to Walter Mart. From Walter Mart, take another tricycle going to COMPLEX. Tell the driver to bring you to thr bus terminal bound for Manila. There are buses bound for Buendia LRT or Cubao. Fare from Walter Mart to Complex is PHP40.
