When we were sent in Boracay a few weeks back for the Alta Vista de Boracay Media Familiarization Tour, I didn’t know that Parasailing was part of the itinerary. I was a bit hesitant at first.

Parasailing is one of the popular water activities in the tropical paradise of Boracay. Rates would normally start at around PHP1000 for 15 minutes. For an average Pinoy, the price may be a bit f a turn off, but I tell you, THAT 15 minutes of being up in the air, getting pulled by a speed boat is an adventure you should try at least once on your life.
At first, it was a scary ride, pero hindi naman pala. It was actually exciting. You dont actually feel much when you’re up in the air, except when a strong wind comes along. Mararamdaman mo talaga ang pag galaw mo. You also get to fell the movement especially when the boat would speed up.
Nakakaloka ang experience, but it was really fun! Probably one of the best 15 minutes I had during my stay in Boracay! There are alot of middlemenoffering to broker parasailing services to tourists between station 1 and 3. If you can, try to haggle for the price to try to make it a bit lower.
