Melo’s: Perfect Dining Place this Father’s Day!

I was invited last night to dine at Melo’s along Jupiter Street in Makati City. The steakhouse, which is known to be the home of Original Certified Angus Beef and Authentic Wagyu Beef is cooking up something that’s so exciting perfect for Dads.
We all know that the easiest way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. What a better way to celebrate the Father’s Day than dine at Melos and enjoy their latest offering: Steak ala Dad. Featuring Melo’s signature Wagyu Tenderloin seasoned with Al Funghi Porcini Sauce, Steak Ala Dad may just be the best Fathers’ Day meal dad will ever have. They’re in for the real treat once dads find out that they can personalize their own steaks.
During our dinner, we had cream of mushroom soup and Caesar’s Salad for starters. I love the Salad dressing! It’s quite different from the usual Caesar’s salad usually served in restaurants. Aftr the starters, cam the real stars of the night: the Steak ala Dad.
We got to try the Steak ala Dad and I must say, it’s The Bomb! I had my steak cooked medium rare. The meat is really tender. And the flavor is very good. I totally love it. Ang sarap, sobra! The greatest dad’s in the world will definitely love this specially-made creation!
Right after the amazing steak meal, we had our sinfully delicious desserts courtesy of Sweet Bella Desserts. There were four cakes at the table, Chocolata, Midnight Hazel Crunch, Mangotier, and Trio Mousse. Among the four cakes, my personal favorite is the Midnight Hazel Crunch. I love its dark chocolate flavor, and its texture is very velvety. It is so rich. Truly decadent.
Dining at Melo’s this Fathers’ Day is sure to be a rewarding experience for any dads out there. Going out for a family lunch or dinner is a good way to celebrate Fathers’ Day.
