Sarangani Provincial Capitol

One of the sidetrip destinations we visited in the province of Sarangani is its Provincial Capitol located in its capital, Alabel. The capitol building is just s huge! The the entire place is dotted with pine trees and flowering plants that add color to the all-white tint of the building.
The Sarangani Provincial Capitol is, in my opinion, one of the best designed capitols in the country.
When we went here last week, Sinjin and I were supposed to just stop by for a minute and take photos. But our one minute became an hour when, upon arrival at the capitol, the motorcycle (habal habal) got flat tired. So the driver had to rush to the nearest vulcanizing shop to have the tires fixed. It was around 12:30 noon and good thing, it was partly cloudy so its not really hot that day. We waited for so long. We even thought that the driver would just leave us there and just pick up new passengers instead. Thank God, he arrived more than an hour later.
So that means, we’re also delayed by more than an hour from our travel schedule. When he finally stopped in front of us, we immediately rode the habal habal again and off we went to Glan Sarangani, only to find ourselves in another misadventure…
