Masskara Festival 2010 Music
Posted by on September 6, 2010
The Masskara Festival 2010 Music is out! This year’s Masskara Festival streetdance music was picked through a songwriting competition which was participated by the talented homegrown composers.
This year’s winning piece was composed by the 25 year old Bryan Caballero. The composition was first aired to the public last Saturday September 4, 2010 at the Robinson’s Place Bacolod during the Masskara Festival Music Launch.
This year’s music has the techno/trance infusion. Keeping the music upbeat and at the same time, getting “modern”, but its main message of coming back to Bacolod to celebrate this special day is still present. The lyrics of the song calls to each and everyone to come and gather in Bacolod, and meet at the Public Plaza for this momentous celebration. To sing, dance, and be merry.
