Buntun Bridge

When Marc and I was in Tuguegarao, buntun Bridge was originally not part of oour itinerary as it is not mentioned in travel books and guides. It was only when I arrived in Tuguegarao that I found a locally available guide that listed Buntun Brdige as one of the must visit places in Tuguegarao.
I tried to Google Buntun Bridge, and Lo and Behold! Ang ganda pala! Bakit wala ito sa ibang mga travel guides!
So after we visited the Church of Piat during our first day, we waited for the sunset before we shoot the bridge. It was just so amazing.

buntun Bridge is the second longest Bridge in the country, second only to the San Juanico Bridge. But this one is the longest Freshwater bridge in the Philippines.
The bridge spans 1.098 kilomters long and has a commanding view of the majestic Cagayan River.
It is perfect tom come here late in the afternoon for sunset viewing while sitting on the grass. The cool breeze complements the dramatic silhoutte of bridge during sun down.
