Off to San Carlos City

I am currently on my way to San Carlos City Negros Occidental to witness the annual Pintaflores Festival. Pintaflores is one of Negros’ most colorful festival, and has been dominating the Panaad sa Negros Festival of Festivals Competition. It is also a perennial favorite during the Cebu Sinulog Festival.
This year, I going to San Carlos to judge the annual Streetdance Competition. I Am very excitied to be in San Carlos again, and witness this grand celebration!
I’m going back to Bacolod on November 6th. I hope I can still get good photos of the streetdance while I’m juding the entries.
