What’s your favorite Christmas Food?
Posted by on December 7, 2010
Christmas is just around the corner! I’m pretty sure you’ve already decked your homes with all the glittering decor and bright lights, but have you already thought of what to prepare for Noche Buena?
Noche Buena is I guess one of the most important Filipino Christmas Traditions that we celebrate. It is during this time when we all gather as a family and share the most sumptuous foods we prepare. Among the Pinoy Favorites are the Ham, and Quezo de Bola.
Aside from these two, what’s your favorite Pinoy Christmas food shared on the table?

Puto bumbong and bibingka. When I smell the aroma of these two while being steamed, it reminds me that Christmas is just around the corner. I always bring one of them after having misa de gallo. Sometimes, I even complement it with goto with egg and tofu to satisfy my big appetite and to beat the holiday chill! =)
