Preparations are now in full swing as South Cotabato holds its annual T’nalak Festival 2011. The festival coincides with the founding anniversary of the province. This year South Cotabato celebrates its 45th year while the T’nalak Festival is now on its 12th.

The 2011 Paraw Regatta was a huge success! As usual, thousands of Ilonggos as well as tourists flocked to the Villa Beach as well as in other festival venues to watch the various event of the festival.

Last night I was at the Freedom Grandstand in Iloilo as one of the judges for the annual Sinamba sa Paraw Regatta Mardi Gras Competition. The venue was jampacked.
