The province of Cebu will once again celebrate her annual Charter anniversary with the celebration of the Pasigarbo sa Sugbo 2011.
This year, Cebu will be holding the fourth edition od th Pasigarbo sa Sugbo 2011, the highlight of the week-long festivities celebrating the anniversary of the province.
This year the Pasigarbo sa Sugbo Festival Queen wil be held on August 10 at the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) where it will be partici[ated by the lead dancers from various festivals from the province.
On August 13, the grand streetdance parade will be held in Mandaue City Philippines leading to the CICC where the finale performance will be held. This year over 4o festivals have already confirmed participation.
Pasigarbo sa Sugbo gives you a glimpse of how colorful the Cebuano festivals are. Each of the festival is very well prepared with intricately designed costumes, colorful props, and energetic choreography.
