I love Krispy Kreme, especially their original glazed. And I live in the South. Now the world famous doughnut store is giving me more reasons to love them more! Krispy Kreme has just opened their 24th Philippine store at the Festival Mall in Alabang Muntinlupa City.
Folks from the south will no longer need to travel to Makati or Mall of Asia just to get their sweet fix.
Last Friday September 2, I was invited at the opening cocktails of the dooughnut store. The event was attended by several memebers of the press as well as friends of the owners. The ighlight of the program was the switching on of the Red Hotlight, which is normally turned on when hot-off-the-oven doughnuts are available to enjoy.
After the lights were turned on, a band entertained the guests while the Friends of Krispy Kreme were able to sample the different varieties of doughnuts as well as coffee available.
After opening the 24th store, the folks from KK excitedly informed us that they are now busy with the upcoming opening of two stores in Cebu, one in Ayala Mall and the other one at the IT Park. They also divulged that soon, the red hotlight will also be lighted in Davao!
Isn’t this exciting?
