I was recently in Cebu City to experience the Amazing flavors of Thailand with the Radisson Blu’s Thai Food Festival. It is a 2-week food festival wth guest Thai Master Chefs from September 30 to October 9 at the Radisson Blu Cebu’s popular Feria Restaurant.
Through the food festival I was able to savor a myriad of authentic Thai dishes. Daily performances of Thai cultural dancers are also held. The costume of the dancers are really beautiful. The Thai Silk is often used for their dresses accentuated with elaborate gold headress earring and necklaces.
The premier 5-star hotel in Cebu in partnership with the Royal Embassy of Thailand flew in guest Chefs from the Carlson Group’s sister property hotels to let diners experience the multi faceted flavors of Thai fare.
The hotel’s new Executive Chef Marco Amarone collaborated with Chefs Phimmuk hutep of Park Plaza Bangkok, Khun Somboon Temtananurak of Park Plaza Sukhumvit, and Chaitong Supat of Radisson Blu Plaza Resort Phuket for the creation of irresistible Thai gastronomies.
