All roads lead to Silay City as Negros Bloggers hosts the annual Philippine Blog Awards – Visayas. The awarding rites will be held on November 12, 2011 at 2PM at the Sen. Jose Locsin Cultural and Civic Centerlocated beside the San Diego Pro Catheral in Silay City Negros Occidental.
