San Carlos City Negros Occidental was in full bloom last November 5th as it celebrates the 19th edition of the Pintaflores Festival. Joining a streetdance Competition is not walk in the park. There’s just a lot of things to do and prepare before the competition. This year, I decided to sponsor a competiting group for the 13th Kadalag-an Festival in Victorias City. I stayed in Victorias for over 3weeks, and it has taught me a lot of lessons.
