Win an Apple iPad through the Convergys Online Fair!

Working in a call center is very financially rewarding. I myself used to be a Tech Support Agent a few years before I shifted to become full time travel blogger. During those times, I was able to save a few penny for the plane tickets for my travel. And yes, during those times, airline seat sales weren’t common yet. The pay, benefits and bonuses are always above par. Aside from the financial benefits, It was also in the call center where I got to meet some of the nicest people whom I call as friends. I am no longer part of the contact center industry but I still go back to my former office to have coffee with friends who are still working there. Working in a call center is always a team effort. It’s like a basketball game. It’s not about me, or you. It’s always about us.

Every team member is doing his/her best to meet the standards. And when weekly standards are met, it means more bonuses and perks for all of us!

BGC Find Your Passion Week 2 Winner

Apologies for the very delayed announcement of this weeks winner. My Friday has been very busy.

Anyways, judging for week 2 is a bit of a headache. I received quite a good number of outstanding entries for this week. Here are just some answers why BYAHILO readers love the Bonifacio Global City:

BGC1

Ronald Aguilar said: “It is clean and offers some nice spots to take those picture-perfect photo moments with your loved ones…”

Katherine Castro loves the BGC because she can “breathe fresh air which keeps me so relaxed, stress free and it never fails to brighten my day as I see joyous and endless places where I can unwind and chill”

Alex Dizon mention in his entry “If you are one of those people who can’t sleep at night without prancing it out on the dance floor, or someone who used to having some fun night with friends or family around the clubs in the metro, well, in Bonifacio Global City, you’re in for a good treat because BGC is the Philippines’ Upper East Side!”

But my favorite entry for this week’s contest is from…..

Find Your Passion: The BGC Photo Contest Week 2

We’re now on our week 2 of the Find Your Passion BGC photo Contest! for week 1, Alvin Chua won the PHP3000 eGC courtesy of Bonifacio Global City. Do you think, he’ll win this week’s contest again?

Bonifacio Global City is a perfect place for me. It is my hangout whenever I am in Metro Manila. The 100% pure beef goodness of Brother’s Burger is tried and tested already. Oftentimes I also get my travel maps at the Fully Booked in Bonifacio High Street.

See the photo of the fountain below? It’s in Market! Market! I really love that water fountain so much. I love to see kids play there especially during weekends. Indeed it is a great place for family bonding.

Another reason why I like Market! Market is the booths allocated for cities and provinces where they can sell local produce.

I really thankful Sler’s Porkloin Ham, one of my personal favorite, is readily available at the Cagyan de Oro booth, and Vjandepp’s flavorful Pastel from the Camiguin Booth in Market! Market!

How about you what’s your favorite spot in Bonifacio Global City? Go and Submit your Entry to BGC photo contest! Show me your most stunning photos of the BGC and spice it with some lovely words! Check out the full contest details here

But the one entry that really caught my attention is the entry of…

Enervon launches Anti-Hapontukin Online Contest!

Traveling has been a big part of me. Every travel is always exciting. But I must admit, there are also times I get tired of traveling. I ran out of energy, feeling sluggish and sleepy sometimes. This has happened to me recently when I was in Baguio. I normally go out in the morning, but go back to hotel after lunch and just sleep.

I am a certified Hapontukin.
