The Bloggers’s Binondo Chinatown Food Tour promises to be a one big muchfest. We started big on our appetizers at Dong Bei Dumplings in Nueva Street Binondo.
From Dong Bei, we then walked to probably one of Manila Chinatown’s most famous eatery: Estero.
Estero literally translates to canal in Filipino.

For so many times, I have been associating Binondo with dumplings. And when I say dumplings there’s only one place in Binondo that it’s really worth dying for.

A lettuce farm just at the south of Manila? You must be kidding me! In my entire lifetime, I really thought that this crunchy salad greens are grown only in the cool and breezy province of Benguet especially in the area of La Trinidad.

Right after our hearty breakfast and a quick tour at the Verdana Homes Mamplasan, we then drove to Silang Cavite for another wonderful treat: a visit to a bee farm.
