BYAHILO’s ultimate dining experience at the Kanin Club, Paseo de Santa Rosa

It was a gastronomic feast I swear, I shouldn’t miss. The final pit stop for the Secrets of the South Tour by Verdana Homes Mamplasan has led us to Paseo de Santa Rosa for our dinner at the Kanin Club.

So much good things have been written about this hidden food secret. If fact, Nina and I have been planning to go to this place.

And as the name implies, every meal in Kanin Club Paseo de Santa Rosa Laguna is not complete without ummm…kanin or rice.

BYAHILO discovers Yoki’s Hydroponic Lettuce Farm in Tagaytay

A lettuce farm just at the south of Manila? You must be kidding me! In my entire lifetime, I really thought that this crunchy salad greens are grown only in the cool and breezy province of Benguet especially in the area of La Trinidad.

I got all giddy and that after reading our proposed itinerary for the weekend South of Manila Tour organized by Verdana Homes Mamplasan. Our lunch was set at Bawai’s Vietnamese Restaurant in the breezy city of Tagaytay.
